  Nature’s Unpredictability Nature has always been a fascination of those with a sense of wonder. Those with a sense of exploring there surroundings have seeked out nature as a vessel because of its unknown. I have fallen into that category. Ever since I was a little kid, I just remember being outside, finding animals, fishing, climbing trees, and just looking for stuff.  I learned from a young age nature is beautiful. Butterflies, water, the sky, furry animals, all examples of the things beautiful about nature.  I also learned that nature is unpredictable. I never knew what’s in the water on the other side of that hook. I never knew what was gonna be under that rock. You never know what your going to find in those woods.  Unpredictability can be a good thing in nature. After three postponements of this fight the fight finally occurred on Sunday. The terminology they used to describe the actions that took place in the fight I found to be very realistic. I applaud them for using actual boxing terms such as “jabs” and “knockdowns” as opposed to some other articles I’ve seen about boxing that just uses words like “punches” or “swings”. It shows better understanding to your audience and more respect to the athletes and there craft.

Today, basketball is a regularly played game amongst boys and girls but little people know about its origins.  First off, let’s talk about the leaps and bounds the NBA (National Basketball Association) over its first fifty two seventy five years. When the NBA was first developed the rules were way different. There was no cross overs, windmill dunks, or flashy passes, instead a player would have to dribble with one hand, little defense was played on the perimeter, and there was no three point line. This caused low viewership as it was not the exciting, high paced, action filled game we know it as nowadays. One thing I love about sports is how sometimes it can seem almost written out like a movie the way that is unpredictable. The ability of trades, signings, retirements, conflict, money, etc. match up create a compelling, underlying overview of uncertainty and wisdom that’s incapsulates the fandom. This article reciprocates that emotion that us fans fell in love with its bold predictions for this upcoming off season.
